Homeless Remedies, Inc. seeks support developing a compelling crowdfunding campaign for the Thanksgiving and Christmas holiday season. This campaign presents an opportunity to raise funds, broaden awareness of our mission, and build support for our work helping individuals experiencing homelessness and housing instability strengthen employment readiness, advance toward economic mobility, and achieve long-term stability.

Competing organizational responsibilities have limited the time available to plan and develop the campaign. We have previously attempted to create fundraising materials internally, but would benefit from specialized fundraising and marketing expertise to produce a polished, cohesive campaign.

We are seeking a pro bono consultant to help translate our mission and funding needs into a clear, compelling campaign message and a practical outreach plan that our team can implement.

By the end of this project, the pro bono consultant will create a holiday crowdfunding campaign package that includes:

• A campaign strategy identifying the target audience, fundraising message, recommended fundraising goal, and how to communicate the intended use of donations.

• A recommended crowdfunding platform and a practical timeline for launching and promoting the campaign during the Thanksgiving and Christmas holiday season.

• Ready-to-use fundraising page content highlighting Homeless Remedies’ mission and work supporting employment readiness, economic mobility, and long-term stability.

• Three fundraising emails—a launch announcement, a campaign update, and a final appeal—plus a donor thank-you message.

• A coordinated social media calendar with eight to ten ready-to-use posts encouraging donations and sharing the campaign’s purpose.

• A brief implementation guide outlining next steps and how to track campaign results.

Success will mean our team has a polished, cohesive campaign and a clear plan we can implement within our available capacity to raise funds and strengthen relationships with supporters.
