Project Overview
We are a rapidly growing small nonprofit searching for a volunteer who can develop our branding on our Canva nonprofit account. Our ideal volunteer partner will be a creative communicator who is familiar with Canva for Nonprofits and all it has to offer.
We will work together to complete the project through three meetings in three weeks. The first meeting will be an opportunity for our team to provide you with a briefing on our mission, programs, and goals. The second meeting will be to discuss your recommendations on how to best organize our account, and you can request a list of actions needed on our end to complete these recommendations. The final meeting would be to review the project and finalize any details.
Our organization provides basic hygiene needs such as toothpaste, toilet paper, and deodorant to our community. Things we all need but these expensive products are not covered by any services - federal or otherwise. Our largest project is called the Red Cart Project, which provides menstrual hygiene products to students at 23 schools, impacting 7,500 students.
By organizing our Canva account, you will help us save much-needed time to have all logos, images, elements, and templates, each categorized by the programs that we offer. We currently repeat many steps in designing graphics that could be streamlined and easily replicated. Your expertise will help us work smarter, not harder. Canva is a fantastic tool, and we know it can do much more than what we are aware of.
I have begun to sort our files into folders and set up a Kindness Closet team. Once the project is complete, we can train other board members to create their own graphics easily. This way, we can have a stronger presence on social media, increase our donors, and strengthen our programs and awareness. We are grateful for any assistance and expertise a volunteer can offer!
