We need a volunteer skilled in email marketing to provide a comprehensive training on Mailchimp, equipping Maple Uganda's Communications staff with the necessary skills to effectively use the platform for email marketing, community outreach, and project updates. This training should be delivered in English.
Maple Uganda actively engages with various stakeholders—communities, donors, and partners—across multiple regions. As part of our ongoing effort to improve communication and outreach, we have identified the need to streamline our email marketing through Mailchimp. This platform will allow us to better share updates, promote events, and engage with our supporters more effectively. However, our current team has limited experience with the platform, so we are seeking a volunteer to offer hands-on training.
We’ve onboarded a Communications Specialist based in Uganda, who has been actively working on our communications strategies for a few months. The specialist has gained initial experience with Mailchimp, including basic familiarity with its features and layout.

Identified the Need for Advanced Mailchimp Training:
-While the specialist has a foundation in using Mailchimp, we’ve recognized the need for deeper training to fully optimize its capabilities.
-Training materials and resources have been identified to cover advanced functions like audience segmentation, campaign automation, and performance tracking.
