We need a style guide that includes specific colors, fonts, and other graphic design elements in formats we can use in print and digital. We're looking for a volunteer who's excited about our mission and has experience with brand and voice. This is a highly visible project that will impact us for a long time! This style guide may also include the following:

-Rules and guidelines for staff and board members to maintain brand consistency
-Tone and voice guidelines and examples
-Formatting examples
-Grammar, spelling, and punctuation preferences
-Instructions for utilizing the brand style guide based on communications channel or stakeholder
-The value of a consistent brand and voice
We have a logo, primary brand colors that we will stick with, but we are looking for assistance with a formal document and more fleshed out guide. Most importantly, we need a guide for how to talk about impact in a professional and respectful way for all organization members to use.

This is an objective of our recently enacted strategic plan, and we have full buy-in. As the contact person for this project, I have primary authority over this project and can make quick decisions.
We'll share our branding goals and our target audiences. Our team will also come prepared with examples of brands we like. We'll share some of our past marketing materials. During the interview process, we'll ask to see your portfolio and examples of your graphic designs.

Organization Mission

SAWs® is a nondenominational faith-based nonprofit organization dedicated to providing freedom to people with permanent disabilities in low-income households through the construction of wheelchair ramps. Our ramps serve as their gateway to the world, re- opening connections with neighbors and the larger community while providing independence and accessibility.
