Financial Analysis of Organization and Programs Budgets

Help us strengthen our financial management budget! We are looking for a volunteer finance professional to assess our current financial situation and pricing strategy for at least one program.

Based on your assessment of our organization's financial status, this project could also include conducting a financial reforecasting for all 10 of our programs and the organization as a whole.

We predict that this finance project will take 36-48 hours to complete. We're hoping that our pro bono partner will share three to five hours of their time each week with our team.

This is required for our funding and for growing our nonprofit. We are hugely successful with our mission in our County and would like to expand nationwide to help survivors everywhere and not just in our County.

To prepare for this project, we have gathered our budgeting information and will share access to our financial management tools. We plan to implement the recommendations of this project by completing all portions of the business plan, mind map, and all SWOT information to help with the financial budget required for at least 2 of the programs for a soft launch date of August 8, 2025. Our goal is to have this completed as as possible, but a hard deadline of mid-July.
