We want to create a more effective online giving experience that turns interested visitors into passionate individual donors. Specifically, we need help auditing our current donation page and website messaging, optimizing our donor journey, and setting up an email-based donor funnel to improve conversion rates. Our team is ready to collaborate on implementing design, messaging, and platform changes based on the volunteer's expertise. We’re hoping this project will give us the tools and structure to finally generate sustainable individual support to complement our existing grant funding.

21&You is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit supporting children with Down syndrome and their families through direct aid, education, and advocacy. This project will help us build a sustainable base of individual donors, ensuring we’re not solely reliant on grants. Your work will directly impact our ability to expand programs, serve more families, and build lasting community support. By helping us convert visitors into donors, you’ll play a key role in changing lives and building a more inclusive future.

My team and I have prepared for this project by collecting our current website analytics, ad performance data, donor email templates, and examples of grant materials that reflect our tone and mission. We’ve secured full internal buy-in, and any changes or recommendations you provide can be implemented immediately by our web and content team. We've also established clear goals for this project (such as a 1–5% donor conversion rate from website traffic) and are committed to weekly communication, timely feedback, and transparency to make this a successful collaboration.
