Airtable System Set Up for Fundraising And Opportunity Management

Project Description:
We’re seeking a Taproot volunteer to help us get fully onboarded and set up with Airtable to support our grant, foundation, and opportunity tracking—past, present, and upcoming.

We already have a clear vision for how we’d like the base to function and look, but we need support bringing it to life. Specifically, we’re hoping for assistance with:

Structuring our Airtable base to track grant cycles, deadlines, contacts, submission statuses, and key documents

Setting up fields, linked records, and views that allow for easy filtering, reporting, and collaboration

Establishing workflows or light automation to help us stay on top of deadlines and follow-ups

Potentially integrating Airtable with other tools we use (Google Drive, email, etc.)

This project will allow us to better manage and grow our funding opportunities with an organized, user-friendly system that the whole team can access and maintain.

This Airtable project will be a game-changer in how we track and pursue funding opportunities. By organizing our grant and foundation outreach in a clear, streamlined system, we’ll be able to focus more energy on expanding our reach, serving more students, and deepening our impact in the Bronx, Manhattan, and beyond.
