As Girls in Gear continues to grow nationwide, we would like short term help establishing needed metrics for regional and national grant applications. We would like to establish foundational and centralized pieces that will help establish processes for applying to and submitting grant applications.

This project will help us continue doing our work and create opportunities for our organization to grow regionally and nationally with the end of result of ultimately getting more girls on bikes-- gaining the confidence to lead, one bike ride at a time.

Our team will do an initial meeting where we can provide all metrics we have to date. Additionally, we can establish a schedule a series of check ins and deadlines to ensure both parties remain on track.

Girls in Gear emboldens girls of all ages and abilities, especially low-income girls and girls of color, by using bike skills to foster confidence, autonomy, and independence. Our programs - Pedal Power, Club GiG, Glide-to-Ride, and Camp GiG - offer safe, inclusive spaces for growth, focusing on life skills beyond biking.
