Salesforce CRM Optimization

Help us make the most out of our Salesforce CRM! We’re looking for a volunteer to assess our current CRM system and identify ways we can use it to meet our needs more effectively, including potential integrations with other tools we’re using. Once the volunteer implements the recommended changes, we’d like a brief training session and/or documented guidelines to follow so that we can maintain the CRM going forward.

To serve our community more efficiently and grow our impact, we’re seeking a volunteer to help us strengthen and streamline our use of Salesforce. As a small but growing nonprofit, having a well-organized, functional CRM system is essential to managing relationships with veterans, volunteers, donors, and partners. This project will help us centralize data, automate communications, and gain better insights into the people and processes that drive our mission forward.

By volunteering your time and Salesforce expertise, you'll help us:
- Improve outreach and follow-up with the veterans we serve.
- Track donor engagement more effectively to increase sustainability.
- Build workflows that make our small team more efficient and focused.
- Lay the technical foundation for long-term program growth and accountability.

We have already selected Salesforce as our CRM and are ready to share credentials with a volunteer. We’ll come prepared with details about the specific types of data we want to collect, our goals for using the CRM, and a list of any other tools or software we use.
