Create a concise marketing toolkit that includes a flyer, social media post templates, and a short pitch blurb that highlights WSA’s mission and programs for prospective families. Identify local networks and community groups where paying families may be reached and outline outreach or introduction steps.

Optional: co-design a brief event/platform format for the founder to share the school’s story. Details will be provided during volunteer interviews.
Helping WSA recruit 20+ paying families will directly sustain the school and preserve tuition-free access for immigrant students (currently 30% of the student body). Volunteers’ marketing and outreach will expand local visibility so more underserved children can access WSA’s rigorous academics, field trips, and enrichment programs.
The founder will serve as the primary contact and will share program background and outreach context; specifics will be provided. The team is committed to using the toolkit and following up on leads to recruit paying families. Volunteers will collaborate with the founder to tailor materials and hand off outreach actions for implementation.

Organization Mission

At the heart of our mission is a commitment to supporting underserved communities and the children of immigrants, ensuring that transformative learning is accessible to those who need it most. We combine rigorous academics with regular field trips into the rich landscape that is Boston. Our students tour world-class museums and universities; learn about the natural world at farm school and at our annual retreat on Cape Cod; and even travel internationally during summer breaks. The result is quantifiable academic success on the part of happy, well-rounded students.
