GLOBAL FREEDOM MISSION

Global Freedom Mission is seeking a skilled Taproot volunteer to help us create a comprehensive fundraising and grant development plan that strengthens our financial sustainability and expands our community impact.

Our goal is to establish clear, actionable strategies for attracting donors, securing grants, and building long-term funding partnerships to support our programs and outreach efforts.

The volunteer will assist with:
- Fundraising strategy: Develop a roadmap for diversified funding streams including individual giving, online campaigns, corporate sponsorships, and faith-based or humanitarian grants.
- Grant research and recommendations: Identify grant opportunities that align with our mission, programs, and geographic focus, and create a prioritized list for our team to pursue.
- Donor materials: Help us craft key documents such as a case for support, donor pitch deck, fundraising letters, and a short organizational summary that clearly communicates our impact.
- Systems and processes: Guide us in setting up or improving internal systems for donor tracking, follow-up, and relationship management.
- Implementation plan: Provide a 6–12 month fundraising calendar with recommended campaigns, deadlines, and action steps.

Time commitment:
We expect this project to take approximately 4–6 weeks, with 2–5 volunteer hours per week. Our team will provide existing program descriptions, photos, financial overviews, and any needed materials to support the volunteer’s work.

This collaboration will help Global Freedom Mission move from reactive fundraising to a proactive, strategic approach — giving us the clarity, structure, and tools we need to expand our programs, reach more people, and build long-term sustainability.
At Global Freedom Mission, everything we do centers on bringing hope, support, and opportunity to communities in need — both locally and around the world. Our outreach programs, community initiatives, and humanitarian work exist to lift people up, restore dignity, and create pathways to a better future.

This fundraising and grant development project is a crucial step in helping us expand that impact. By helping us build a strong financial foundation, you’ll make it possible for us to:
- Reach more communities in need with outreach events, education, and relief programs.
- Grow our humanitarian projects by securing consistent funding from grants, donors, and sponsors.
- Sustain long-term change through well-planned campaigns and donor engagement strategies that keep our mission thriving.
- Empower local leaders and volunteers to take ownership of outreach efforts, expanding our reach and multiplying the good we can do.
- Your expertise will directly help us move from potential to progress — transforming passion into measurable results. The systems, strategies, and materials you help us create will allow our team to raise more funds, reach more people, and bring more hope to those who need it most.

You won’t just be helping us write a plan — you’ll be helping us write the next chapter of impact. Together, we’ll build something that lasts and touches lives for years to come.
At Global Freedom Mission, we’ve taken intentional steps to make sure this project is set up for success from day one. Our leadership team is fully aligned, our materials are ready, and we’ve made the necessary internal preparations to ensure that our Taproot volunteer will have a smooth, efficient, and rewarding experience.

Here’s what we’ve already done to prepare:
- Leadership and team buy-in: Our entire team, including leadership and outreach coordinators, is on board and fully committed to supporting this project. Everyone understands the importance of building a strong fundraising and grant development foundation.
- Organized materials: We’ve gathered key resources — including our mission statement, program overviews, financial summaries, impact reports, high-quality photos, and success stories — to give the volunteer a clear understanding of who we are and what we do.
- Defined goals and focus: We’ve clearly identified our short-term and long-term fundraising goals, including our desire to expand donor outreach, secure consistent funding, and apply for specific grants in the coming year.
- Dedicated point of contact: A member of our leadership team will be available throughout the project to coordinate communication, provide feedback, and ensure the volunteer has everything needed to stay on track.
- Implementation plan: Once the project is complete, our team will immediately begin implementing the fundraising strategy and calendar developed with the volunteer. We’ve already set up internal roles for donor management, campaign follow-up, and ongoing grant submissions.

We view this collaboration not just as a one-time engagement, but as a cornerstone for our organization’s next phase of growth. We’re organized, responsive, and excited to work side-by-side with a skilled professional who shares our heart for helping communities thrive.

Our commitment is simple: we’ll show up prepared, follow through on every step, and turn the volunteer’s hard work into long-term impact.

Organization Mission

Our goal is global freedom throughout the world. My goal is to liberate individuals who are enslaved in the brickyards. I am deeply committed to fighting against the exploitation and injustice they endure. Through awareness campaigns, advocacy, and collaborative efforts, I strive to expose the harsh realities of modern-day slavery in brickyards and work towards its eradication. By raising public consciousness and mobilizing resources, I aim to rescue and support those trapped in these dire conditions, providing them with opportunities for rehabilitation, education, and empowerment. Together, we can make a difference and bring freedom to those who have been unjustly deprived of it.
