We’ve developed a thoughtful, community-rooted Theory of Change, but right now it’s just a photo of a handwritten sketch. We need a visual designer to turn that sketch into a professional, digital graphic we can use on our upcoming FY26 website relaunch and across materials.

What we need from you:
• One visual graphic (PDF + PNG) that reflects our Theory of Change
• Design aligned with our brand (guidelines provided)
• Editable source file for future updates
• Working together for 2–3 weeks

You’ll have full creative freedom to elevate the concept visually, we just need someone to bring structure, flow, and clarity to what we’ve mapped.
Creshendo’s Theory of Change anchors our work with displaced communities around the world. By helping us visualize it, you’re making it easier to communicate our mission to donors, partners, and the public, and reinforcing that we’re a strategic, grounded, and growing organization.
We’ll share the original sketch, our visual brand guidelines, and sample visuals we like. You’ll also be able to meet with our Executive Director for background and feedback. Our team is responsive and clear, and we’ll make sure you’re set up to deliver quickly and confidently.
