A practical event plan and supporting materials to run the business events, including a detailed logistics timeline, vendor and exhibitor coordination checklist, recommended site layout and attendee flow, attendee experience suggestions, and contingency planning. Specifics will be discussed with volunteers. Ideally has knowledge of agriculture or a business owner/entrepreneur
This events will raise visibility for local farmers and agribusinesses, foster collaboration among educators and nonprofits, and educate community members about sustainable agriculture. It will support Uptown & Boogie Healthy Project’s mission by helping expand access to fresh food and healthier lifestyles in Harlem and The Bronx.
We will provide the event vision, goals, estimated budget, venue details, and any supporting materials and will collaborate closely with the volunteer. Details will be provided during the kickoff.

Uptown & Boogie Healthy Project 501(c)(3) expands access to fresh, nutritious food and bicycle education within two New York City neighborhoods - Harlem and The Bronx. Our programming creates opportunities for low-income community residents in under-resourced areas to learn how to lead healthier lifestyles through food and fitness.
