We aim to collaborate with a skilled volunteer to develop a comprehensive stakeholder engagement strategy. This includes identifying key internal and external stakeholders, mapping their influence and interests, and creating tailored communication plans. The final deliverables may include:

-A stakeholder map or matrix
-Audience profiles to describe stakeholder types, needs, motivations, and preferred channels
-Recommendations of engagement strategies by stakeholder group
-Identification of current messaging gaps
-An outline of what should be included in a communication toolkit
This project will help us to align our mission, communications, and marketing with our stakeholders to increase our audience and effectiveness.
To prepare for this project, we've:

-Compiled a preliminary list of known stakeholders and their roles
-Identified internal team members who will support and provide input
-Outlined our organizational goals and current communication practices

We will provide the volunteer with access to relevant documents, staff contacts, and any tools needed to complete the project efficiently.

Organization Mission

The mission of the Invisible Illness Awareness Network is to increase awareness about invisible illnesses, particularly through an easily adaptable education program designed for high schools, colleges, and other forms of higher education. Additionally, we aim to provide resources and support for the invisible illness community while fostering compassion and understanding between patients, providers, and the general population. By creating a safe and supportive environment for those living with invisible illnesses, the organization seeks to reduce the stigma associated with these conditions and Disabilities.
