Transfer Contacts from Salesforce into Monday.com, map and consolidate contact fields, optimize segmentation and board structure, configure automations for website email signups and Constant Contact sync, set up donation-tracking workflows, and evaluate possible SmartResponse integration. Details will be provided during interviews.
Cleaner contact data, improved segmentation, and automated signups and donation workflows will help Disaster Accountability Project communicate faster, coordinate oversight, and mobilize supporters—boosting the efficiency, effectiveness, and equity of disaster preparedness, response, and recovery work. Volunteers will directly improve our ability to advocate and educate.
Both Salesforce and Monday.com are already set up. Volunteers will collaborate with staff to map fields, test and validate migrated contacts, build automations, document processes, and coach staff on using the new workflows. Details, access, and segmentation criteria will be provided during interviews.
