Grant research and writing

Work with a volunteer to research suitable grant opportunities, draft grant proposals and supporting materials, and create an organized filing and tracking system for all grant documents. Specific target programs, deadlines, and existing files will be provided during interviews.

Securing and organizing grants will expand resources to support mothers returning to their children by funding safety, compassionate services, and the resources needed to rebuild their lives. Volunteers’ contributions will directly strengthen program capacity and sustainability.

Details will be provided during interviews. The organization will collaborate with the volunteer by sharing available materials, reviewing and approving drafts, and implementing the filing and tracking system the volunteer helps design.
