We are looking for a volunteer to develop an Operations Playbook. This project will involve developing modular, plug-and-play workflows that include event production SOPs (pre-production, day-of, post-event), a partnership/sponsor outreach and handoff workflow, a simple project-management setup in an agreed tool, budget/vendor templates, and a one‑page team onboarding and contractor brief.

A clear, repeatable operations system will let Black Cinema Club HTX scale screenings, community programs, and the annual festival without losing creative energy. Streamlined processes will strengthen partner relationships, improve event reliability, and free the team to focus on training, education, and delivering art that helps communities feel, deal, and HEAL!

We will provide past event documents, timelines, brand assets, and weekly check-ins with the founder to clarify decisions. Volunteers will collaborate with the founder to refine workflows, test them against existing examples, and deliver clear, adoptable documentation.
