Review our draft RFP and provide a concise written critique with suggestions to clarify scope, candidate qualifications, selection criteria, and how the role should support diversified revenue. Specifics of the draft and priorities will be provided to the volunteer.

Strengthening the RFP will help recruit a development leader who can diversify income beyond grants, enabling more reliable funding for advocacy and education to eliminate housing discrimination, desegregate, and promote decent, affordable housing. The volunteer work will directly increase organizational capacity.

We will share the draft RFP and organizational background for the volunteer to review, and staff will be available for a short kickoff and follow-up to discuss recommendations. Details will be provided during interviews.
