A concise fundraising strategy and prioritized recommendations based on a review of our current priorities and activities. The volunteer will listen to staff, assess approaches to improve ROI and long-term growth, and deliver an actionable roadmap with suggested next steps. Current materials, strategies, and capabilities will be discussed up front. The ideal candidate for this project will be experienced in the fundraising strategies.
A stronger fundraising strategy will increase resources to expand inclusive programs, strengthen reputation, and stabilize our budget so we can serve more people. Volunteer guidance will help position us for sustainable growth and deepen our impact in creating access and belonging for diverse communities.
We will share our current fundraising materials, a summary of recent activities, and context on priorities to support the volunteer's review. Key staff will be available for discussions and follow-up. Details about documents, timelines, and availability will be provided during the interview phase.
