Design a Scalable, Value-Based Consulting Offering and Pricing Model

We are looking to develop a practical, repeatable consulting offering that we can begin using in near-term engagements. This includes shaping a clear, value-based pricing approach with two to three tiers, refining an initial set of service offerings from our existing work, with clear scopes and indicative ranges, and creating simple external materials (a one-pager and short deck) to support conversations. We also aim to outline a straightforward delivery approach and prepare for a small number of early pilot engagements. The focus is on something clear, usable, and easy to test.

Global School Leaders improves education outcomes by strengthening school leadership across the Global South. While we already deliver consulting work, this project will help us evolve it into a more structured and sustainable model. A stronger, repeatable consulting offering will increase revenue and reinforce our standing as a field expert, enabling more consistent support for programs that improve how school leaders are selected, developed, supported, and valued in low- and middle-income countries. Ultimately, this will allow us to support more partners and systems, improving teaching and learning for millions of students.

This project is led by our Director of Development with strong leadership alignment. We have existing materials and prior examples to build from, as well as identified opportunities where this can be applied. Our approach is intentionally practical - we will prioritize simple, actionable outputs and work closely with the volunteer to ensure what is developed is focused and implementable.
