We're seeking a volunteer with CRM automation experience to help implement three automated email workflows. The email copy, timing, and workflow strategy have already been developed. Your role will be to upload the emails, configure the automations, and test that each workflow functions correctly.

The three workflows are:

-New Donor Welcome Series
-Recurring Donor Stewardship Series
-Lapsed Donor Re-engagement Series

This is an implementation-focused project rather than a strategy or copywriting project. Experience with Neon CRM or similar CRM platforms is preferred. We estimate the project will take approximately 2 hours.
Automating Neon One workflows will free staff time and improve participant tracking across Give a Beat’s programs. Better tracking and follow-up will help deliver music-based healing, support reentry, and create opportunities that contribute to reduced recidivism and participant success.
We'll provide:

-Final email copy
-Workflow timing and sequence
-A short instructional video demonstrating the setup process
-Access to our CRM and support if questions arise

Organization Mission

Give a Beat’s mission is to use the power of music as a pathway to healing and creating opportunities for those impacted by the criminal justice system. Give a Beat addresses the continuum of incarceration by using music as a catalyst for change. Through our established programs—Youth Music Production and DJ Program, Prison Electronic Music Program, and On a New Track Reentry Mentoring Program, we engage the music industry to help widen pathways for people to thrive, reduce recidivism, encourage empathy, and unite to contribute to the larger transformation of the criminal justice system.
