About the Opportunity

We have a complete content strategy and all specialist directory content prepared, but we do not yet have a live, searchable hosted directory or a connected GiveButter integration. Our readiness for implementation is high, and we need pro bono technical support to move the prepared content into a functioning public directory and connect GiveButter within a one-month timeline. We can explain our current setup more when we connect ahead of time.

The volunteer will:
- Build and deploy a Wordpress-based website (using the copy we already have) that includes a searchable, hosted directory of specialists populated with our provided content and accessible at a public URL (will provide details about the plugin/s we have used)
- Implement and configure GiveButter integration on the site so the GiveButter connection is functional.
- Complete the above work within a one-month timeline.

We are looking for a volunteer with web development and payment/fundraising-platform integration expertise (experience with web frontend/backend work and GiveButter or similar platforms) to implement these deliverables remotely.

Organization Mission

The American End of Endo Project is building a future where every person with endometriosis has access to expert care, accurate information, compassionate support, and the opportunity to thrive. We remove barriers through education, peer support, specialist connections, awareness efforts, and financial assistance while advancing transformative initiatives that address the systemic failures responsible for generations of delayed diagnoses, inadequate treatment, and unnecessary suffering. Together, we are working to end the cycle of neglect and create lasting change for the endometriosis community.
