I just received our 501c3 declaration as non-profit and I am seeking general advice on how to structure bookkeeping and accounting (and assigning tasks accordingly). I would like to understand what to consider given that we need to do payroll, pay taxes, and control an entity outside of the country to do additional work related to the organization's mission/vision.
