Session Overview
COMSA is a nonprofit organization that serves refugees and immigrants in Green Bay, WI. Since our inception, we have not had dedicated staff for system operation management, compensation management, and performance management. We are seeking guidance on how to establish effective systems in these areas to enhance our organizational efficiency and employee satisfaction. Specifically, we need advice on developing a structured approach for managing operations, creating a fair compensation plan, and implementing a robust performance management system
