Amplifying Our Voice: Social Media Engagement Consultation

We're seeking guidance on crafting a holistic and engaging social media strategy.

We’ve established an initial social media presence and currently collaborate as a team on messaging and content before posting. However, as a small team, this process is time-consuming and not always sustainable. Given the global nature of our network—and the breadth of our work across the justice sector, women’s leadership, human rights, and gender equality—we’ve begun engaging relevant organizations and partners by tagging and following them.

At present, our approach is largely ad hoc. Through this consultation, we’re seeking guidance to develop a streamlined and strategic social media plan. Our goal is to:

Increase visibility of our members and programs

Strengthen engagement across platforms

Clarify roles and workflows within our team

Ensure our messaging aligns with IAWJ’s mission and global reach

We welcome input on tools, content strategies, and best practices to help us build a more sustainable and impactful digital presence.
