We need a volunteer to review our current model of biologists and volunteers working side-by-side at eight tidepool sites and advise whether overlapping duties could create HR or compliance concerns. The volunteer should recommend practical ways to clarify roles, supervision, and documentation (e.g., role boundaries, supervision protocols, training topics, and reporting practices) so staff and volunteers can collaborate without creating problematic duplication. We will provide job descriptions, schedule patterns, and any relevant Mineral/HR guidance during the session.
