Assessing Airtable's Potential as a Database

Our organization is exploring a new approach to organizing our programs data. In our search for an affordable, less tech-complex option, we have discovered Airtable, and we are interested in using it as a database and dashboard for program and project related data (Note: NOT fundraising data, we have a separate CRM for donors - DonorPerfect).

We are looking for a Taproot volunteer with direct experience with Airtable, who could help us assess whether Airtable is a good fit for our organization's needs. We can show you how we are currently recording data, what we'd like to be able to do, and a few trials we've done in Airtable. We'd like feedback on Airtable's potential to meet our needs, and if it does not seem like a viable option, brainstorming other affordable solutions.
