We need a volunteer to lead a one-hour strategy session to assess our current tech stack (Google Workspace for Nonprofits, WildApricot, WordPress/GoDaddy, Zoom, Calendly), identify automation opportunities that preserve board oversight, and recommend a high-level future operating model balancing volunteer roles, technology, and outsourced admin. The volunteer should flag technology gaps, overlapping capabilities, implementation priorities, and advise whether to phase modernization before selecting an admin partner.
