We have an active Google Ad Grant, which Google requires us to actively manage and optimize to stay in compliance and keep the grant active. We have begun to set this up but we need help with someone who is experienced in this as we were already approved for the grants we just need to create the ads and have them posted appropriately. We're looking for a pro bono consultant with Google Ads expertise to review our account and help us get more value from this resource.

By the end of this project, we'd like our Google Ad Grant account fully set up and running, along with the knowledge to manage it ourselves. The consultant will:

build our account structure and campaigns, including keyword research and ad copy aligned to our programs and the audiences we want to reach
set up conversion tracking so we can measure what the ads are producing
configure the account to meet Google Ad Grant compliance requirements, including click-through rate thresholds and account activity standards
show one to two staff members how to monitor performance, adjust keywords, and keep the account compliant going forward

This will help ensure the account keeps working for us after the engagement ends.
