We are planning fundraising activity timed to highlight our upcoming meetups and ongoing activities and currently need support to create a coordinated, multi-channel campaign that leverages those moments to engage supporters and raise funds.
Women Into Networking (WIN) is seeking a pro bono marketing and fundraising strategist to design a comprehensive, multi-channel fundraising campaign. Our goal is to unify our diverse revenue streams—ranging from quick-turn digital pop-ups like our Double Good popcorn fundraisers to in-person community events, paid memberships, and branded merchandise sales, into a singular, highly engaging campaign strategy. We need a structured roadmap that maximizes supporter participation, drives recurring membership conversions, and optimizes our outreach across email, social media, and on-site event touchpoints.Key Project Objectives & Deliverables: • Develop an overarching fundraising campaign structure that seamlessly cross-promotes our digital pop-up fundraisers (Double Good popcorn), in-person community meetups/mixers, tiered membership sign-ups, and merchandise sales. • Craft core campaign messaging, compelling calls-to-action (CTAs), and donor value propositions tailored to our target audience segments (young professionals, established women leaders, and community partners). • Outline an execution timeline specifying when and how to leverage email marketing, social media pushes, and live event announcements to drive conversions across each channel. • Map out a pathway to convert one-time buyers (e.g., popcorn supporters or event ticket holders) into long-term WIN members and brand advocates. • Provide adaptable templates for email announcements, social media graphics, and event signage to ensure consistent brand voice and visual strategy.Impact on Our Organization:By establishing an integrated multi-channel strategy, WIN will be able to diversify our revenue streams, increase overall fundraising yields, and scale our community programming. A structured campaign will allow us to convert temporary engagement into long-term sustainability.
