Book More Women is preparing an October fundraising campaign beginning October 1, which will include a storytelling Reel series featuring artists and music industry professionals sharing personal experiences. These short, crowd-sourced videos will communicate the “why” behind our mission, humanize the data we share, and help audiences connect directly with the people affected by inequity in the music industry.

We expect to receive approximately 30 raw vertical videos. Because we are an entirely volunteer-run organization with limited team capacity, we are looking for someone experienced specifically in Instagram Reels and short-form video who understands what works visually and functionally in the format.

Our goal is to develop a polished but relatively simple reusable Reel template and editing workflow that our team can apply consistently across the full series.

The volunteer will:
- Design a Reel cover/template that establishes a cohesive campaign look and works on mobile
- Design lower-thirds and name/title overlay graphics
- Establish a caption/subtitle treatment that can be applied consistently to raw vertical video
- Design end cards and CTA frames suitable for fundraising prompts and short calls to action
- Recommend and create any additional visual elements that would strengthen the series
- Work with our team to shape the campaign’s visual direction
- Deliver editable templates and a straightforward workflow in an accessible platform such as Canva, CapCut, or Edits

A successful project will result in an effective, reusable short-form video template that allows our volunteer team to turn approximately 30 raw videos into compelling, cohesive Instagram Reels without requiring extensive editing time.
