We are hosting a virtual health fair on January 30, 2027, focused on empowering community members to prioritize their health and wellness. We have confirmed the event date, virtual platform, and programming lineup and are ready to begin promotion. We need marketing support to translate our confirmed details into a coordinated social media promotion that can be executed in the four weeks leading up to the event across Facebook and Instagram.

We are looking for a volunteer with Social Media Marketing expertise to develop a ready-to-execute social media promotion package for Facebook and Instagram. The volunteer will deliver a 4-week content calendar covering the four weeks prior to the event with scheduled post dates; ready-to-post captions for each scheduled post; graphics recommendations that include image size/specs, suggested copy overlays, and visual concept notes; and any post ordering or timing notes required so our team can publish directly without additional design or copywriting support.
